MR. RAJ SHAH
President, Chairman & CEO of CTIS, Inc.

Mr. Raj Shah, is dedicated to contributing to the improvement of the health industry, and he is specifically committed to finding individualized health solutions for the chronic disease population, particularly for the global "communities in need” afflicted with health disparities. Mr. Shah believes that by focusing on the convergence of clinical research with clinical care, public health, and health education, the industry will be better equipped to deliver the best evidence-based patient outcomes. His vision is to provide integration of processes for better collaboration and performance at the point of care in order to supply the safest and most cost effective patient care. His strategy is to integrate information, technology, process, best practice and standards through the use of health informatics applications and systems for providers and physicians that support patient need for prevention, early disease detection, care management and research.

With experience in the areas of energy, environment, financial engineering, management consulting, technology development, and infrastructure development projects, Mr. Shah has directed over $1 billion in business through his management roles with Engelhard and Control Data Corporation, both Fortune 100 companies, and now with CTIS, Inc. CTIS has received major awards for quality, best practice, technology, information and communication. Most notable among these awards were given by the National Institutes of Health, CIO magazine, Computer world, British Medical Journal and the Office of Management and Budget. In addition, Mr. Shah has received multiple leadership awards from Health Institutes and Community Organizations, as well as being a member of National Advisory Council on Minority Health and Health Disparity.

As a non-profit institute supporter, Mr. Shah has been committed to corporate citizenship by supporting the healthcare needs of the community. He has also been a member of the governing boards, leadership boards, institutional review boards, trusteeships, board of directors and advisor for over 25 institutes. Mr. Shah has given over 100 lectures, talks and panel memberships at workshops, conferences and seminars. Mr. Shah has Bachelors degree in Chemistry/Physics from Bombay University; a Masters degree in Chemistry from University of Detroit and Advanced Training from the University of Chicago and Harvard Business School.


STEVEN MELTZER
Member of the Board of Directors

Steven Meltzer, a member of the Board of Directors at CTIS, Inc., is a partner with the Washington, DC law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP, where he represents privately and publicly held companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, international and domestic marketing and distribution agreements, venture capital financings, and public and private securities offerings. Steven Meltzer chairs the Board of Trustees of the New England Institute of Technology and is a member of the Board of Visitors of the College of Life Sciences of the University of Maryland. He serves as a director, member of the Executive Committee and is general counsel of the Technology Council of Maryland, and is active in the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association. Mr. Meltzer received his Bachelors degree from Brown University, and both his law degree and Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.


ROBERT CONE
Member of the Board of Directors

Robert Cone is on the Board of Directors at CTIS, Inc. He is the former co-owner of Graco Children’s Products, Inc., a world leader in the manufacturing of infant and children’s furniture, the owner and president of Itnac Corporation, a manufacturer of material handling equipment, and the owner and President of Athlon, Inc., a manufacturer of exercise treadmills. Robert Cone is a board member of Shepherd's Home and founder and president of two charitable foundations. Robert Cone holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
