
Mehul Shah is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CTIS, where he is in charge of the overall operations along with management of CTIS’ government, commercial and international contracts. He has extensive experience in professional services and software products in the computer field within the domestic and international markets. He oversees CTIS’ business partnerships, strategic alliances, teaming relations and institutional collaborations. Mr. Shah is an experienced executive with over 16 years experience working with multiple Fortune 50 companies in the Information Technology (IT) field, focusing on the Healthcare, Manufacturing and Finance industries. His corporate experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams across the globe, with specific focus on thought leadership and strategic planning, business modeling, product design and development, application integration, technical and operations management. Mr. Shah has achieved his Six Sigma black belt certification and has enabled companies achieve CMMI Level 5 and PCMM Level 5 ratings. He attained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.

Major General Elder Granger is Chief Medical Informatics Officer at CTIS Inc. In this capacity he provides thought leadership and oversight in building Clinical Trial Research management (CTRM) Informatics and Health Information Exchange (HIE) Solutions for CTIS’ clients. MG Granger is also the President and CEO of The 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consultancy. MG Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), Washington, DC. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on DoD health plan policy and performance. He oversaw the acquisition, operation and integration of DoD's managed care program within the Military Health System for 9.4 million beneficiaries with a staff of 1800 and a budget of $22 billion.
Prior to joining TRICARE Management Activity, MG Granger led the largest US and multi-national battlefield health system in recent history while serving as Commander, Task Force 44th Medical Command and Command Surgeon for the Multinational Corps Iraq. He has led at every level of the Army Medical Department with previous assignments as Commander, 44th Medical Command, XVIII Airborne Corps Command Surgeon and Director of Health Services, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. MG Granger earned a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University in 1976 and was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps. He earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University Of Arkansas School Of Medicine in 1980. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine in 1983 and a fellowship in Hematology-Oncology in 1986 at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with sub-specialty boards in Hematology and Medical Oncology, certified in Medical Quality, as a Physician Executive, and Healthcare Executive.

Vivek Kalagara is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CTIS, where he is provides direction for all technology related issues in support of information operation and core company values. His responsibilities include aligning CTIS’ technology vision with business strategies by integrating company processes with appropriate technologies. In addition, he is the lead developer and implementer for all technology initiatives within the organization. Mr. Kalagara is a dynamic technology leader with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the areas of Software Development, Enterprise-wide Business Process Integration, Architecture Design, Testing and Release Management and Maintenance. Prior to joining CTIS, Mr. Kalagara was the Enterprise Architect for North America at Johnson & Johnson where he was responsible for internalizing major enterprise applications. Mr. Kalagara has received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy (NITT).

Bhavesh Patel is Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer/Chief Financial Officer at CTIS, where he is in charge of all business aspects of the company. These include Corporate Development, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Contracts, Communications and Administration. He has over 14 years of experience working in technology businesses in a wide variety of roles in general management, finance, operations and engineering. Prior to joining CTIS, Mr. Patel worked as Vice President of Products and Services at Printronix, a leading supplier of supply chain and back-office printing solutions. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy/Development at Orbital Sciences Corporation, a publicly-traded aerospace/defense company. Mr. Patel received a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace systems engineering from University of Southampton (UK), a Masters degree in aeronautical/astronautical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.

Reverend Mansfield “Kasey” Kaseman serves as Senior Vice President of Health Equity, Community Service and Global Health at CTIS. He has 40 years experience in founding and administrating non-profits in partnership with business, academic, civic, religious and political partners. He is Executive Director Emeritus of Community Ministries of Rockville with programs ranging from elderly homecare to emergency assistance, political advocacy to shelter care, Latino o\Outreach to affordable housing, and the Mansfield Kaseman Health Clinic. Rev. Kaseman is committed to achieving health equity and advancing global health initiatives through the power of information technology and collaboration with key partners. His graduate degrees are from Andover Newton Theological School and Yale University.

Parasuram Iyer is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at CTIS, where he provides overall infrastructure and information technology management, coordination, direction and support. His CTIS project portfolio requires him to provide robust, scalable, high availability infrastructure solutions for the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) and other CTIS-managed projects. Mr. Iyer is the Project Manager for the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) and oversees the managed hosting efforts for IBM’s NHIN prototype as well as similar projects managed by CTIS. He has extensive experience in coordinating projects involving multi-vendor platforms and networks, and is also the chief architect for information systems, network and systems security projects and initiatives for CTIS and its clients. Mr. Iyer has a Bachelors degree in Physics and Computer Technology from the University of Bombay, a master's degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University, and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Perry Gonella is the Vice President of Program Management Governance Office (PMGO) at CTIS. He provides oversight to enterprise practices, standards, and resource optimization, as well as operational policies and activities and their performance evaluation. Mr. Gonella also serves as the Program Manager for Division of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome - Regulatory Compliance Center (DAIDS - RCC), where he manages the development and maintenance of web-based and client-server-based applications that are being integrated with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), DAIDS-Enterprise System (DAIDS-ES). Prior to this, he was the Deputy Project Manager for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP). He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including staff management in a biomedical environment. Mr. Gonella received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, his Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, and his Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.

Sudhir Raju is the Vice President of Delivery Management at CTIS, where he provides oversight, management and direction for the development of IT solutions for health industry. He leads the efforts to deliver technology solutions for our customers in the Health Care arena to achieve their missions and goals including program management and solutions development. Mr. Raju is an experienced executive with over 17 years experience working in the Information Technology Industry. He also serves as the Program Manager for the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program Enterprise System (CTEP-ESYS) program for National Cancer Institute (NCI), for development of cancer Clinical Trials Informatics solutions. He has extensive experience in managing and coordinating projects involving process reengineering, stakeholder management, architecture, analysis, design, development and implementation of software solutions for the health informatics industry. Mr. Raju has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BTECH) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India, a Master's degree (MS) in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland, University College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cornell University.

Crystal Reed Evans is the Associate Vice President and Director of Public Health for CTIS, Inc. In this role, Ms. Evans manages communications related to public health and health disparity programs such as health promotion for federal and state health contracts. She has 15 years experience supporting biomedical and clinical informatics for the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP). As the Deputy Project Manager on the CTEP contract, Ms. Evans manages clinical trials informatics involving more than a million patients, and 20,000 principal investigators. Ms. Evans coordinates and manages all OMB 300/CPIC submissions for CTEP, as well as manages monthly EVM reporting. With more than10 years of experience in the field of customer service she provides management oversight for various support areas such as Training, Help Desk, Documentation, and Onsite Support. Ms. Evans has a Bachelors degree in Health Science and Policy, and a certificate in Public Administration from the University of Maryland.

Connie Dalton Ezerski, Assistant Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for CTIS, Inc. She brings over 10 years of experience in providing assistance and reporting to the CEO. She is a direct liaison between the Offices of the CEO, COO, partners and alliance organizations. Ms. Ezerski provides executive direction over assigned functional areas including human resources, administration, communications, employee and community relations through departmental directors and administrative personnel insuring overall efficiency, productivity and accountability. Ms. Ezerski is Corporate Secretary for CSGI and CTIS as well as Notary Public for the State of Maryland. She enjoys working with individuals, community groups and institutions to ascertain concerns to be addressed through administrative remedies. She is committed to delivering quality services in the day-to-day operations and facilitating outcomes consistent with the overall vision and mission of CTIS, Inc.
