CTIS provides various health IT services in the areas of prevention, epidemiology, surveillance, clinical research, chronic diseases, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, and healthcare. Through the use of technology such as wikis, low-cost computing devices, online portals, and mobile technologies, the developing world can facilitate advancement in all segments of the health sector, including health education, healthcare, health research, and public health.
