Program Management

CTIS offers integrated Program/Project Management (PM) services, directed by a team of certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) with many years of experience managing complex projects. CTIS' PMPs have been thoroughly trained and have an extensive understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Strong leadership, effective management and communications, experienced staff, and a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction are the hallmarks of our methodology. The processes and activities involved in our integrated PM approach can be broken down into three broad categories: IT Strategy, IT Delivery, and IT Evaluation. These categories directly align with the Health and Human Services (HHS) Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process.
