What We Believe

CTIS’ leadership recognizes that growth of the organization, innovation in service and performance delivery, and acquisition and retention of the best people comes through effective, purpose-driven shared leadership and vision, and leading with values in serving clients.

Our five fundamental client service principles are as follows:

  1. Exceed Client Requirements: Every client interaction is an opportunity to exceed our commitment to service and client success. Treat the client with courtesy and respect. This means actively listening and being responsive to concerns, needs, hopes, and dreams. Recognize that while technology is an enabler and means to the end, it is not a solution the problem. People solve problems.
  2. Provide Leadership: Everyone at CTIS can be a leader, and clients have every right to expect our people to take a leadership role during a project. This means balancing subject matter and technical expertise with wisdom to lead the client where they want to go. The client's success depends on the closeness of the partnership we build with them. It is everyone's responsibility.
  3. Work As A Team: Teamwork promotes innovation, creativity, and much greater results for the client. Pursue mechanisms that build harmonization, synchronization, and optimization. This is the basis of innovation excellence. The fastest way to results is by example. The CTIS team should always be the role model as the best service provider for the client.
  4. Keep It Simple: Make it easy for our clients to do business with us and for us to better work together with them. This means sharing knowledge and minimizing confusion and complex alternatives. Always keep the client informed and up to date. Share ideas that have worked in similar organizations to shorten the client’s learning curve.
  5. Have Fun: If you're not, figure out why and change it. Clients hate being around stressed people. Nothing we do should generate stress for client. To reduce stress, be creative and build an environment where discussions are done in a collaborative way. Building happiness for client and our team builds high productivity.

Leadership: “Leadership is the wise use of power. Power is the capacity to translate intention into reality and sustain it” —Warren Bennis

CTIS empowers its employees to act as leaders in all of their everyday activities. The success of a project is shared between all members of the team, creating shared accountability.

Teamwork: “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” —Henry Ford

Teamwork promotes innovation, creativity, and much greater results for the client. Teamwork is central to building value for our clients.

Compassion: “Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.” —Lao-Tzu

CTIS is committed to improving healthcare outcomes and to improving lives. Our experience, which spans the world across diverse medical disorders, speaks to that commitment and our passion to make a difference in individuals’ lives.

Quality: “Quality in a product or service is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for. A product is not quality because it is hard to make and costs a lot of money, as manufacturers typically believe. This is incompetence. Customers pay only for what is of use to them and gives them value. Nothing else constitutes quality.” —Peter F. Drucker

Every client interaction is an opportunity to exceed our commitment to service and client success. CTIS employees treat their clients and partners with courtesy and respect. This means actively listening and being responsive to concerns, needs, hopes, and aspirations.

Humility: “I claim to be a simple individual liable to err like any other fellow mortal. I own, however, that I have humility enough to confess my errors and to retrace my steps.” –Mahatma Gandhi

We do not claim to have all the answers about how to reform and advance healthcare. We utilize the power of industry collaborations to conquer pressing challenges.

Integrity: “A little integrity is better than any career”-Ralph Waldo Emerson

When we work with our partners and clients, we strive for the highest levels of integrity in service, collaboration, and business practices. By being upfront and honest, our relationships remain strong and productive.

Lasting Relationships: “Who is wise? He that learns from everyone.” –Ben Franklin

Enacting meaningful change in healthcare requires commitment to creating meaningful bridges between individuals and organizations over a long time frame. Even if we are not working directly on a project, we strive for continuous dialogue within our community.

Innovation with Purpose: “Great innovations should not be forced on slender majorities” –Thomas Jefferson

New ideas and innovation are everywhere, especially in today’s world. Our company is built around innovation - we never forget the impact it ultimately will have.

Embrace Change: "We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used to create them."-Albert Einstein

The rapid advancement of healthcare means new technologies and models of care that create a dynamic environment where changes occur often and rapidly. CTIS embraces the dynamism of this movement towards a healthier society to create meaningful change.
