CTIS is proud to announce that we have been appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) on July 18, 2013. This is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. Appraisal at Level 3 means that our processes are well characterized and understood; can be found in standards, procedures, tools, and methods; and are established and improved over time.
