Sudhir Raju is the President at CTIS where he provides leadership and management of client delivery, technology, and operations in support of all Federal and commercial clients. Sudhir also serves as the principal investigator for the $100+ million contract awarded to CTIS by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The NCI contract supports the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program’s Enterprise System (CTEP-ESYS), which provides informatics solutions to improve speed and efficiency of cancer clinical trials across the United States. Sudhir and the CTIS team have received numerous awards from NIH and NCI Directors as well as recognition from the White House OMB for their contributions to advancing cancer clinical trials through information technology. Sudhir joined CTIS in 1998 and has held a number of executive positions over the years, including EVP and Chief Health Informatics Officer/COO, VP and Chief Program Officer, Director Software Development Services. His experience spans over 25 years of leading teams of professionals delivering exemplary IT solutions for clients. Sudhir began his career as a Sales Engineer for Larsen & Toubro (a conglomerate engineering services company) and a Senior Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, a multinational IT services and consulting company. Sudhir holds an MBA from Cornell University, a MS in Systems Management from University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and as SAFe® Agilist and has a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare from MIT Sloan School of Management. Outside of his professional endeavors, Sudhir enjoys traveling — having visited 15 countries and counting — painting, volleyball, and spending time with his friends and family.

As Chief Executive Officer of CTIS, Bharti provides leadership, coordination and day-to-day management of business operations. Mrs. Shah has been an integral part of CTIS’ business operations and an investor, supporting new initiatives and growth opportunities at CTIS. Mrs. Shah has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of education, having served as vice president, director, and teacher at Montessori Children’s House of Loudoun (MCHL). Although she has retired from teaching, she continues her philanthropic journey and believes it is important to give back to those in need globally and locally. Mrs. Shah has been committed to corporate citizenship through support of the healthcare needs of local and global communities, facilitating services in the areas of children’s health and education. She is actively involved in sponsoring more than 50 schools in India, providing management, strategy planning, and informatics support to the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation. With the Arogya Foundation, she has worked to develop a pilot project that involves the use of handheld devices for the advancement of rural health. Mrs. Shah has been involved with many global health projects including the International Spirit of Healing, the Art of Living Foundation, Health Related Information Dissemination Amongst Youth (HRIDAY) & Student Health Action Network (SHAN), International Network for Cancer Treatment and Research (INCTR), International Spirit of Life Foundation, and Sri Sri University. Mrs. Shah has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics from Mumbai University and has a Montessori teacher training and certification from the Institute for Advanced Montessori Studies’ Barrie School.
